RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS:

  • LINDA TAYLOR is store credit only; we do not issue refunds.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. Shoe box fees of $30 are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Sale items are not returnable.
  • Jewelry items are not returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Special order items are not returnable.
  • LINDA TAYLOR monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

EXCHANGES:

LINDA TAYLOR does offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in the correct condition, then we will issue you a store credit and you may place a new order for the desired item.

NOTE: If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
